 Salsa Titanico Salsa Parties :Els and Percy (Dj El Capitan) are certainly one of the oldest organizers of salsa parties in Belgium. Most of us remember their parties on the boat (Diamant Princess) in Antwerp. They also brought famous latin artists to Belgium.
